1. Shipping & Logistics Partner

To ensure reliable and efficient delivery across India, C-KOZA exclusively uses Shiprocket as our logistics partner. Shiprocket selects the best carrier for your location (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.) to optimize delivery time and reliability.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders placed are subject to product availability and payment verification.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse in New Delhi within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after the order is placed.

  • Notification: You will receive an email and/or SMS notification once your order has been processed and shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your geographic location, carrier operations, and unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. Costs are determined by:

  • The weight and dimensions of your total order.

  • Your delivery location (pincode).

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders totaling .

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped via Shiprocket, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can track the live status of your shipment using the provided tracking number directly on the Shiprocket tracking portal. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the shipping notification is sent.

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided at checkout.

  • Address Correction: If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at ckozahelpdesk@gmail.com. We will attempt to correct the address before dispatch, but this is not guaranteed once the order enters processing.

  • Package Return: If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we will contact you. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. If you opt not to reship, we will issue a refund for the product cost only, excluding the original shipping charges.

7. Damages and Lost Shipments

C-KOZA takes every precaution to pack your mobile accessories safely.

  • Damages: If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing ckozahelpdesk@gmail.com with your Order ID and clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and the packaging.

  • Lost Shipments: If tracking shows the package is lost or stalled for an excessive period, we will coordinate directly with Shiprocket and the chosen courier to resolve the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
