C-KOZA Return Policy
At C-KOZA, we want you to be completely happy with your new mobile accessories. If you are not, you may return the item within the specified period, provided it meets the conditions outlined below.
7-Day Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility & Condition for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria. We are very strict about the condition of electronic items:

Original & Working Condition: The item must be in the exact condition that you received it: undamaged, free from physical scuffs or scratches, and fully functional.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, intact packaging with all included accessories (e.g., charging cases, extra ear tips, cables, manuals) and all seals or stickers still attached.

Hygiene Seals (Earbuds/Earphones): Earbuds and earphones must be returned with their original, unopened hygiene seal intact. We cannot accept returns for these items if the hygiene seal has been broken or if the product shows any sign of use, due to health and safety reasons.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or valid proof of purchase.
Please note: Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, show signs of tampering, or are missing essential components will be refused.
Items Exempt from Return
The following items cannot be returned:

Earbuds or Earphones: If the hygiene seal is broken or the product has been used.

Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance.

Gift Cards.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: To start a return, please email us at [Insert Email Address or Customer Service Link Here] within the 7-day window. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as C-KOZA is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If the item is approved and meets all conditions, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If the item is rejected (e.g., hygiene seal broken, product is damaged/used, or packaging is missing), we will notify you and arrange to ship the item back to you at your expense.
